Private Events · Anniversaries & birthdays

30, 40, 50, 60 years. Give the evening a picture worth keeping.

A milestone brings together people who rarely share a room: three generations, old friends, the colleague from 1987. The booth is where they finally end up in the same picture.

The photo nobody thinks to organise.

Everyone is there. Everyone has a phone. And at the end of the night, nobody has the one picture with all of them in it.

That is what the booth quietly fixes. Grandchildren drag their grandparents in front of the camera. Old friends squeeze in beside them. Somebody's new partner gets pulled into the frame and becomes part of the family album on the spot.

Our host keeps it moving all evening, and makes sure nobody is too shy, too proud or too busy to step in.

For the oldest guest

Nobody has to touch a screen.

The host does the buttons. Your grandmother just has to smile — and usually, after the first strip, she asks for a second one.

For the youngest

The AI themes are theirs.

Knights, astronauts, a Renaissance portrait of the whole family. Guests choose on the screen, and anyone who just wants a good photo of themselves gets exactly that.

For the person celebrating

You stay at your own party.

No printer to watch, no light to adjust, no guest to help. You spend the evening with the people who came for you.

Birthdays and anniversaries

Birthdays and anniversaries

A guestbook of the years.

Prints are unlimited, so every strip can be printed twice: one goes into the guestbook beside a handwritten line, one goes home in a jacket pocket. Ten years from now, that book is the first thing people reach for. Want the book itself, personalised for the evening? It’s an extra in the booth builder.

  • print layout with your names, your date, your logo
  • welcome screen matched to your theme
  • Props – physical, digital, or both
  • Online gallery on request – only with the consent of the people shown, password-protected, and deleted whenever you say

Questions we hear for this kind of event

As early as you can — but ask anyway, even at short notice. We have a fixed number of Fridays and Saturdays in a year and the good dates go first, especially November and December. That said, we run three booths, so a last-minute request is often possible. What genuinely takes time is your design: print layouts, welcome screen, AI backgrounds. Two weeks is comfortable. Two days and we'll still make it work.

Around 3 x 3 metres is realistic — that covers the booth itself, room for a group to stand in front of it, and space to queue without crowding. We also need one ordinary power socket within reach. Tell us the room, or send a photo, and we'll confirm before the day. We've worked in tight corners and in ballrooms — we'd rather check than surprise you.

Immediately, and in whatever way suits them. Printed on the spot in about 8.5 seconds per photo. Sent to their phone by QR code, email, SMS or AirDrop. Prints and digital shares are unlimited during your booked hours — nobody is counting.

Only if you ask us to. By default we don't keep an online gallery afterwards. If you want one, it's created only with the consent of the people shown, password-protected, and deleted whenever you say. And if a single guest wants their photo removed, they email us and it's gone — no justification needed.

Yes, with two conditions: shelter and power. Direct sun and rain are the enemies — not of the fun, but of the printer and the image quality. Under a tent, a marquee, a covered terrace or a gazebo it works perfectly, and we'll position it so the daylight works for you rather than against you. We need one ordinary power socket within reach; a generator is fine if the supply is stable. For a garden party or a summer company event, tell us what cover you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it will work. If there's no shelter at all, we'd rather say so in advance than turn up and improvise.
