Investment & positioning
instabox.lu is a premium, attended photobooth service.
Every corporate experience is one all-inclusive price for your date, duration and location — the booth builder shows it to you in two minutes, with promotions in some months. We promise it — and clients who have compared us with other providers confirm it: we are not the cheapest, but you get outstanding value for every euro, because your event deserves to be remembered.
If your priority is the lowest price, or a 24-hour rental left on its own, we would rather be straight with you: we are probably not the right fit.
If you want a photobooth that runs itself with a real person behind it, delights your guests and reflects the quality of your brand, that is exactly what we do.
About the price
There is no list price, because no two events are alike: date, duration and options all change it. What never changes: one all-inclusive price — not a base rate with everything added on top. Build your own quote at boothbuilder.instabox.lu — pick your date, duration and options and you'll see the price straight away, without talking to anyone first. From mid-August to early December, our year-end corporate package is 700 EUR. No VAT is added: the price you see is the price you pay. If a competitor quotes you 250 EUR, look closely at what's missing: usually delivery, setup, prints, and anyone present to run it.
Everything needed for the booth to work all evening without you thinking about it. A premium booth built in Luxembourg. A Canon mirrorless camera with studio-quality lighting — not a tablet with a webcam. A lab-grade dye-sublimation printer. Unlimited use during your booked hours, with unlimited prints and unlimited digital sharing. Print layouts and welcome screen in your colours or branding. AI background replacement as standard (made-to-measure AI photos are an option). Props if you want them. Delivery, setup and dismantling. And a dedicated host on site throughout.
