The text, photographs and graphics on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. The event photographs were taken by us, at real bookings.

If something's wrong

We work carefully, but we can get things wrong. A mistake on this site, an invoice that doesn't add up, a booking that didn't go as planned, a photo you want gone.

Our position is simple: talk to us first.

Write to michael@instabox.lu or call +352 661 254 125. We'll reply, we'll look into it, and if we got it wrong we'll fix it. That's faster and considerably more pleasant for everyone than a legal process.

We've never needed a lawyer to sort out a problem with a client. We'd like to keep it that way.

Applicable law

Luxembourg law applies. For any dispute we genuinely couldn't settle together, the Luxembourg courts have jurisdiction.
