As early as you can — but ask anyway, even at short notice. We have a fixed number of Fridays and Saturdays in a year and the good dates go first, especially November and December. That said, we run three booths, so a last-minute request is often possible. What genuinely takes time is your design: print layouts, welcome screen, AI backgrounds. Two weeks is comfortable. Two days and we'll still make it work.

Private events start around 600 EUR, corporate events around 800 EUR, and our year-end corporate package is 700 EUR. Yes, always. This is the single biggest difference between us and a cheaper rental. Most providers drop off a box and leave. Then the light changes as the evening goes on, the printer needs attention, guests aren't sure how it works — and the host spends the party fixing things instead of enjoying it. Our host adjusts the lighting as conditions change, handles anything technical immediately, and actively encourages guests to use the booth. That last part is what turns 40 photos into 300.

Around 3 x 3 metres is realistic — that covers the booth itself, room for a group to stand in front of it, and space to queue without crowding. We also need one ordinary power socket within reach. Tell us the room, or send a photo, and we'll confirm before the day. We've worked in tight corners and in ballrooms — we'd rather check than surprise you.

Yes — and it's what we're best known for. We offer two different things. AI background replacement puts your guests anywhere you like while they still look exactly like themselves. AI photos transform them completely into another character or another world. Both run on the same booth, in the same session, at no extra cost, and guests choose on the screen which they want. Neither is an add-on or an upsell. If you book an instabox photobooth, you have both.

Your guests stand in front of the booth. The real room disappears and is replaced by a background you chose in advance — a brand wall, a snowy forest, a city skyline, a clean studio backdrop. There's no green screen. Nothing is cut out, so there are no hard edges, no glow around hair, no floating heads. Our AI understands depth, hair, shoulders, glasses and champagne glasses, and blends light and edges the way a real studio would. Everything real stays real: the person, their outfit down to the fold in the fabric, their pose, their gestures, their laugh, their props, their badge. Only the background changes. Guests look at their print and ask where the photo was taken. This is why the beige conference-room wall, the fire exit sign and the catering trolley never appear in your photos.

Yes, and this matters more than people expect. Some guests love AI photos and some just want a good picture of themselves. Both options run on the same booth at no extra cost — it's a choice on the screen, not an upgrade. If someone would rather no AI was applied to their photo, they simply don't select it. We've never found it useful to argue with a guest about it.

Immediately, and in whatever way suits them. Printed on the spot in about fifteen seconds. Sent to their phone by QR code, email, SMS or AirDrop. Prints and digital shares are unlimited during your booked hours — nobody is counting.

Only if you ask us to. By default we don't keep an online gallery afterwards. If you want one, it's password-protected and deleted whenever you say. And if a single guest wants their photo removed, they email us and it's gone — no justification needed.

Yes. And the answer is specific rather than reassuring noise. Our booths have no facial recognition: no selfie photo search, no face matching, no face database. Participation is voluntary — a guest is photographed by choosing to stand in front of the booth. Image processing runs through our photobooth software under a data processing agreement with EU Standard Contractual Clauses in place, with an EU supervisory authority. Our full privacy policy is on this site, and we'll send the processing agreement to any client who needs it for their own compliance file. Public-sector and institutional clients ask us this regularly and we have the paperwork ready.

Yes — and for longer campaigns we can go beyond skins. Standard: print layouts in your colours with your logo, a welcome screen with your branding or campaign video, and emails and SMS matched to your communication. For long campaigns we can build a custom booth shell or printed backdrop, with your agency or ours.

Yes. As standard you receive event analytics: number of sessions, prints and shares, plus AI-based insight into how guests engaged. Useful when you have to justify the spend to someone. Ask and we'll show you what a previous corporate event looked like.

Yes — the entire Grand Duchy, and the whole Greater Region across the borders: Belgian and French Lorraine, Wallonia, Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate and Trier. Delivery, setup and dismantling are included in the price anywhere in Luxembourg. Just over the border, ask — usually the answer is yes.

Yes, and the per-day price is better than a single evening. For trade fairs, open days and brand activations we can also change the setup between days — different backgrounds, different print layouts, different messaging.

Instabox W is warm oak — weddings, private celebrations, venues with character. Instabox M is clean white and elegant — corporate events and modern spaces. Instabox R is round with an integrated LED ring, discreet and well suited to corporate installations. Tell us the venue and the occasion and we'll suggest one. If you're unsure, we've probably worked in a room like yours already.

Yes, with two conditions: shelter and power. Direct sun and rain are the enemies — not of the fun, but of the printer and the image quality. Under a tent, a marquee, a covered terrace or a gazebo it works perfectly, and we'll position it so the daylight works for you rather than against you. We need one ordinary power socket within reach; a generator is fine if the supply is stable. For a garden party or a summer company event, tell us what cover you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it will work. If there's no shelter at all, we'd rather say so in advance than turn up and improvise.
