AI photos
Where the occasion allows it, AI photos turn a portrait into a keepsake of the day.
A laureate in the style of an official portrait, open-day visitors placed in a historic scene of the city, guests of a national celebration in a themed illustration — always designed for the occasion and for the image of your institution.
Naturally, only where the theme allows it. For a solemn ceremony we simply leave it off, and every guest gets an excellent classic photo. Guests always choose on the screen.

Award ceremonies and official events: why participants often go home empty-handed
The official photo arrives in February, in a shared folder, named IMG_4471.jpg. Why the delay is the real problem.
Questions we hear for this kind of event
Yes — and for longer campaigns we can go beyond skins. Standard: print layouts in your colours with your logo, a welcome screen with your branding or campaign video, and emails and SMS matched to your communication. For long campaigns we can build a custom booth shell or printed backdrop, with your agency or ours.
Yes, always. This is the single biggest difference between us and a cheaper rental. Most providers drop off a box and leave. Then the light changes as the evening goes on, the printer needs attention, guests aren't sure how it works — and the host spends the party fixing things instead of enjoying it. Our host adjusts the lighting as conditions change, handles anything technical immediately, and actively encourages guests to use the booth. That last part is what turns 40 photos into 300.
Yes. As standard you receive event analytics: number of sessions, prints and shares, plus AI-based insight into how guests engaged. Useful when you have to justify the spend to someone. Ask and we'll show you what a previous corporate event looked like.
As early as you can — but ask anyway, even at short notice. We have a fixed number of Fridays and Saturdays in a year and the good dates go first, especially November and December. That said, we run three booths, so a last-minute request is often possible. What genuinely takes time is your design: print layouts, welcome screen, AI backgrounds. Two weeks is comfortable. Two days and we'll still make it work.
We read it and reply personally, usually the same day and always within one working day.You'll get a clear proposal for your date with a fixed all-inclusive price. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you confirm in writing.

Everything comes double
Anything that breaks is replaced on site, during the event. So far, not a single event has been cancelled. And from the first email to the last guest, your event is handled by instabox itself — no call centre, no subcontractors.
Paperwork
Simple for procurement
On request, before the event: liability insurance certificate, business authorisation, VAT number and a data processing agreement. No contract and no prepayment — your confirmation by email is enough, and we send an official order confirmation if you need one. We invoice after the event, only once it has gone as agreed, with your PO number or reference on it. Public bodies receive an e-invoice through Peppol. No VAT is charged.
Sustainability
Built to last, not to be replaced
Our booths are designed and built in Luxembourg to last for years: the W is solid oak, not a printed panel. Everything on board comes double, so a fault means a part swapped on site, never a booth thrown away. We drive short distances and need one ordinary socket — no generator. Guests get their photos on their phone during the event, so printing is a choice. Our props are reusable, never single-use. We won’t call a photobooth green; we’d rather tell you exactly what we do.
